Our house is situated quietly and sunny at the foot of the Geigenbühel, but still only 3 walking minutes away from the centre of Seefeld. The meeting point from ski school and the nursery slope “Geigenbühel” are just in front of our house – you´ll enjoy watching the skiers or even your own children skiing down the slope! The ski bus-station (direct connections to skiing areas “Rosshütte” and “Gschwandkopf”) and the shuttle bus station are conveniently close to the Abanico. Elegance paired with discreet luxury will make your holidays in our fully equipped apartments to a memorable great experience!

The Region Seefeld is located on a high, open plateau, between the Wetterstein mountains, with the iconic Zugspitze, and the Karwendel Nature Park.

The cross-country ski trails and the winter walking paths are part and parcel of the winter landscape and in summer, this sunny plateau keeps its guests happy with endless walking possibilities, a good variety of biking trails and plenty of culinary delights.
