Haus Almidyll

Our apartment house in rural style is situated only 800 m from the pedestrian zone Seefeld, on a quiet side street and facing south. In front of the house is a lawn with deck chairs, table tennis, trampoline, other play equipment, a playhouse for children and a barbecue stove.
To the wooded hill behind the house a staircase leads to a pergola, it is like on an alpine pasture - hence the name Landhaus Almidyll!
In principle, we have three recreation rooms in the garden: lawn, terrace and the hilltop. Starting from the terrace, children can toboggan in winter with appropriate snow conditions!
The 6 apartments are fully furnished (flat screen TV, free WLAN, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven).
In the cellar: Sauna, infrared cabin and washroom are available on request. Distances to the ski resorts: 600 m to the Geigenbühel practice area and 200 m to the free ski and village bus stop.
Walking trails all over the village, one of them starts with us, in 10 minutes you are in the nature towards Triendlsäge.

From the middle of May until the end of October the entrance in the Alpenbad Leutasch (8km distance) is included, 4 hours daily, swimmingpool, but no sauna.
