It is located about 800 m from the Casino Seefeld and about 1,3 km from the cable cars Rosshütte. Seefeld's landmark - the Seekirchl - and the Olympic Sports and Congress Centre are about 1.5 km and 1.7 km away from the house.
Our guests enjoy a particularly quiet and sunny location (dead end) and yet enjoy short distances to the centre of Seefeld (approx. 5 minutes on foot), to the cross-country ski runs and the bus stops. The Seefeld-Reith Golf Club can also be reached in 4 to 5 minutes on foot. For the four-legged friends there is the beautiful birch park directly behind the house - ideal for morning and evening walks.
