In other accommodations, the costs for final cleaning and such amount to at least 100 euros, which will be added to your booking. These costs are waived for you here. Instead, you bring your own bed linen and towels and leave the apartment clean on your own. You will also dispose of your own waste in the designated bins in the courtyard.

The maisonette flat in alpine-rustic style is around 45 square metres in size and consists of a cosy living room with TV (satellite connection available, no WLAN), a bedroom separated by a curtain as a gallery, an interior bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. A terrace is located on the south-east side with a view of the Reitherspitze.

Check-in is possible from 4 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. By arrangement, if there are no arrivals or departures on the same day, alternative times may also be possible.
