Our flat is located in the "Panorama" house and was lovingly renovated in 2017. The house is located in the best rated area in Seefeld.

No pets, non-smokers!

Private underground parking space, cosy and modern furnishings, approx. 8sqm large, covered south-facing balcony with bench, table, chairs and parasol.

In the bedroom you will find a 1.80m double bed and a "bunk bed" (80x200-1.60m x 2.00m) IMPORTANT: when the bunk bed is pulled out, it is not possible to open the room door completely!
Travel cot on request, 40-inch flat screen TV.

Bathroom with shower with massage jets, WC, large mirror cabinet, combined washer-dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an electric cooker with four ring ceramic hob and an oven as well as a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, kettle, SodaStream, waffle iron, crepe maker, hand mixer, blender etc.

The kitchen is connected to the living room via a hatch. This can be closed by a wooden sliding door.
