Located directly on the edge of the forest, peacefully situated with a unique panorama view of the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountain ranges and Kalkkögel mountain chains, our premises’ location gives you a feeling of limitless freedom. Two holiday flats, with original all-wood furniture and a rustic Tyrolean style, await you in our non-smoking, 3 Edelweiß-rated facility.
Flats A and B on the ground floor are suitable for 2 to 4 people and are divided into a living room with kitchen, in which the couch can be converted into a double bed in flat A, and a separate bedroom and bathroom with shower/WC. Additional amenities include a microwave, a dishwasher, and, in flat B, access to a terrace with garden. As an additional service for a small fee, we at Haus Salzburg offer you the use of a washing machine, a garage, infrared cabin and bread roll service. A cosy walk, only 10 minutes long, brings you to the Seefelds pedestrian area, where you can find a good selection of supermarkets so you can shop for your self-catering holiday. Your Host
The host has been actively practicing many sports since his youth until now. Whether it's winter cross-country skiing in both techniques (formerly a state-certified Nordic instructor + cross-country ski teacher), alpine skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, etc. In summer, road cycling and mountain biking, mountain tours, and until recently, jogging, etc. Through these activities, I have a precise knowledge of the surrounding area and the nearby and further mountain regions for the practice of all disciplines. Therefore, I can professionally advise you on many aspects of leisure activities or support you in planning or possibly accompany you.
