Our guesthouse is conveniently located. Splendid paths lead to the Wildsee lake promenade and to the village centre. In summer, enjoy the proximity to the golf academy. The village centre is a mere 10-minute walk away.

Bed-linen and towels are included in the price. Sauna is free of charge from sunday to friday. Cheaper entrance to the Olympic Swimming Center Seefeld. Check-in is from 3 pm on, check-out is latest 10 am.

Arrival
Coming from Germany, at Seefeld north you stay on the federal road until after the petrol station AVIA, immediately turn right (opposite where you have to leave the federal-road there is a red supermarket on the left side) straight ahead, over a very small bridge, turn left. Then drive past the “Residents only” – sign, to the 3rd house on the left side with the bright balcony.
