Coming from Germany, at Seefeld north you stay on the federal road until after the petrol station AVIA, immediately turn right (opposite where you have to leave the federal-road there is a red supermarket on the left side) straight ahead, over a very small bridge, turn left. Then drive past the “Residents only” – sign, to the 3rd house on the left side with the bright balcony.
