The house is n e w l y b u i l t in 2006 and the apartments are very comfortably appointed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric 4 ring hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, tableware and cooking utensils.

The apartment has also cabel-television.

Guests of our house get a reduction of 35% for the entrance to the Olylmpia-indoor-swimming-pool.

Our house is also a MEMBER OF THE GOLFACADEMY Seefeld.

It is quietly situated: about 8 minutes by foot from the centre of the village.
Very comfortable is the c a r p o r t and the beautiful ground in which to relax.

Arrival

The access routes to the high plateau are comfortable and also passable in winter. Our house is easy to find. If you come via Garmisch and Mittenwald, take the first entrance (Seefeld Nord) into the village. Then you are on Münchnerstraße. After approx. 600 m turn left into Hermannstalstraße. Approximately 250 m further on the right is the "Rantnerhof".
