Our house is located in sunny, quiet location, a 5 minutes walk away from the village centre in a big meadow. The apartments are equipped comfortably, dispose of a big balcony and offer sufficient space for 2-4 persons. The "Seefeld shuttle bus" stops during winter time in the near vicinity of our house.

The cross-country ski trails and the winter walking paths are part and parcel of the winter landscape and in summer, this sunny plateau keeps its guests happy with endless walking possibilities, a good variety of biking trails and plenty of culinary delights.

Among the thick forests and rich green meadows, weary hikers can try hearty Tyrolean specialities and freshly tapped drinks at the mountain huts, while the crystal-clear mountain lakes and the shimmering waters of the wild streams provide a welcome opportunity to cool down.
