PARTICIPATION TERMS
Social Media Contest in Cooperation with Madshus
General
- The organizers of the contest are the Seefeld Tourism Association, Bahnhofplatz 115, 6100 Seefeld, and Elevate Outdoor Collective, Seeshaupter Str. 62, DE 82377 Penzberg.
- Participation in the contest takes place exclusively via Instagram & Facebook. The participant must comment on the post on Instagram and follow the respective accounts of the organizers.
- Furthermore, the participant must already possess a cross-country skiing annual pass for the Seefeld region.
- Participation is only possible from November 9, 2025, to November 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM (hereinafter referred to as "contest period").
- Only individuals who have completed their 18th year of life are eligible to participate. Each person can participate only once.
- Employees of the organizers, their relatives, and other persons involved in the conduct of the contest are excluded from participation.
- By participating, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions of participation.
Win
- After the expiration of the competition period, the organizer will randomly select three winners from all eligible participants (provided that the conditions in section 1.2 have been met) through a drawing. The prize includes: one of three pairs of cross-country skis including bindings from Madshus, model "Endurace".
- The winners will be notified about the prize on 01.12.2025 via private message on Instagram & Facebook by the Seefeld Tourist Board.
- The winner must confirm receipt of the notification according to section 2.2 within 24 hours of its arrival by replying to the message. Any necessary information for the transfer of the prize must also be provided.
- If the winner does not fulfill their confirmation and information obligations in accordance with point 2.3 in a timely manner, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the winner from the competition and redraw the prize.
Miscellaneous
- In the event of an unavoidable incident (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, data accidents, bankruptcies, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to appropriately change the prize or to refrain entirely from holding the raffle or granting the prize.
- The organizer is not liable for the usability or usefulness of the prize for the winner, as well as for disruptions and damages when claiming the prize, as long as they are outside the organizer's sphere of influence. This particularly applies to damages caused by the organizer and its employees during the claiming of the prize.
- Moreover, the organizer is liable for damages in connection with the raffle only in cases of gross negligence. For personal injury, the organizer is liable to the statutory extent.
- For disputes arising from these terms and conditions or in connection with the raffle, the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court for 6100 Seefeld is agreed upon.
- For disputes arising from these terms and conditions or in connection with the raffle, only Austrian material law applies, excluding Austrian conflict-of-law rules.
