Chrissi and Jessica have conceived a special yoga retreat in the spirit of Ostara - the spring equinox.
Balance and gentle rebirth are the focus. Yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, sound baths, gentle hikes, and readings on the medicine of nature and Ayurveda.
