The Isar in Scharnitz provides the perfect backdrop in spring and autumn to take on a special challenge: cold water bathing – also known as ice bathing at water temperatures below 5 degrees. It's ideal for those who want to take their first steps into cold water without diving into freezing temperatures or those preparing for winter. Sylvie Schumann is a certified ice bathing trainer and knows the powerful effects on body and mind: The cold invigorates, relaxes, and provides a real rush of happiness!

Swimwear, a towel, and weather-appropriate clothing are absolutely necessary. Participation is from age 16 and at your own risk, and for those between 16 and 18, parental consent is required. Water shoes are recommended and may also be available on-site, depending on availability.
