Out of the winter jacket - into the cold water

Fancy trying something new? The Isar offers a wonderful opportunity for cold water bathing. Sylvie Schumann has been an enthusiastic cold water swimmer for a few years now, because it relaxes her, she feels herself intensely and because it simply puts her in a good mood. She is happy to share this experience and take you into the cold water step by step.

Swimwear, towel, warm drink and clothing suitable for the weather are essential. Beach shoes are recommended or may also be available on-site, depending on availability. Participation from the age of 18 and at your own risk.
