Weather and hiking gear
You never know what weather to expect in Tyrol in September. In late summer, it is usually calm and sunny, but a few rainy and cold days cannot be ruled out. So be prepared for unpredictable weather and rapidly changing conditions! Sturdy hiking boots are a must in our alpine region. For cooler days and chilly mornings, light but warm jackets are recommended. If you get caught in the rain, a waterproof jacket should also be in your backpack.
