On the large Ahornboden you can experience real Tyrolean alpine culture at close quarters, because during the summer months hiking and biking guests will find comfortable overnight accommodation including alpine wellness in the idyllic Alpengasthof Eng and the Naturhotel DIE ENG. At the family-friendly farm there is a petting zoo and an outdoor playground for little adventurers. In the in-house farm shop "Kasalm" you can also taste and purchase fresh alpine cheese, smoked and wild sausages as well as farmhouse bread and bacon. Mountain enthusiasts have numerous possibilities from here to explore the Karwendel Nature Park by bike or mountain shoe, on family-friendly routes up to top-class summit tours. During the summer months, the Naturhotel DIE ENG and the Alpengasthof Eng offer unique overnight accommodation in the Tyrolean mountains.
