Mösern in winter

During winter, Mösern looks far across the snow-covered Inn valley, the Stubai Alps and the Mieminger range. It is the perfect starting point for wonderful winter hikes and access to the extensive network of cross-country ski trails in the Region Seefeld. As a peaceful hub of the region, Mösern deliberately takes a back seat, as the most beautiful winter experiences are never far away thanks to the short distances and good bus connections. This means that guests simply have the winter to themselves here, with nature right on their doorstep and the entire high plateau for endless variety.

Peace Bell of the Alpine Region in Mösern

With an impressive weight of a whole 10,450 kilograms and a clapper that weighs a remarkable 303 kilograms, this newly manufactured bell was cast on behalf of the municipality of Telfs and the Seefeld Region Tourist Association. It is decorated with the weapons of all the countries of the ARGE ALP and bears an inscription commemorating the founding of the 'Working Community of the Alpine Countries' in 1973.

Lake Möserer See in winter

Lake Möserer See in Tyrol, situated at 1,295 metres between Telfs and Seefeld, is a picturesque natural paradise. In winter, Lake Möserer See is transformed into an enchanted winter wonderland. The snow-covered trees and frozen surface offer a magical sight. When there is sufficient ice cover, the lake becomes a popular ice skating rink.
