Seefeld region shines with Michelin star

On January 21, 2025, the Michelin stars for Austria were announced – a historic event for the local gastronomy scene. We are proud to announce that the Chef's Table of the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol in Mösern/Buchen has received a Michelin star. This award is an outstanding recognition of the exceptional performance of Mario Döring and his dedicated team, and highlights the culinary excellence of the Seefeld region.

The restaurant of the Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol, located in a breathtaking spot on the Seefeld high plateau, offers a very special culinary experience with the Chef's Table. Guests sit in the kitchen at two high tables and can watch Mario Döring and his team work directly. The chefs themselves present the dishes, creating a unique connection between the kitchen and the guests.

The eight creative courses of the seasonal menu impress with their harmonious combination of various ingredients and textures.
On request, the dishes are accompanied by selected wines or non-alcoholic alternatives. The "Chef's Table" is available in the evenings (Monday to Friday) and by prior reservation only.

This outstanding achievement sets new standards for the region's culinary scene and makes Seefeld even more attractive to gourmet travelers from around the world. The symbiosis of natural Alpine landscape, excellent gastronomy, and an upscale vacation experience makes Seefeld a unique travel destination.
