Terms and Conditions for the Raffle – Rosshütte Swing
General
- Organizer of the contest is the Bergbahnen Rosshütte Seefeld, Talstation 419, 6100 Seefeld. The Seefeld Tourism Association, Bahnhofplatz 115, 6100 Seefeld, is the cooperation partner of this contest.
- Participation in the contest is exclusively through participating in the contest on the official Instagram account of the Seefeld region (@visitseefeld) and Rosshütte Seefeld (@bergbahnen_rosshuette_seefeld) (Collab post of both channels).
- Participation is only possible from October 3, 2023 to October 26, 2023, 00:00 hours (hereinafter referred to as "contest period").
- Eligible to participate are only individuals who have reached the age of 18.
- Employees of the organizer and the cooperation partner, their relatives, and other persons involved in the conduct of the contest are excluded from participation.
- By participating, the participant agrees to these terms of participation and accepts the data protection conditions.
Prize
- After the expiration of the competition period, the organizer will select a winner from all eligible participants through a vote of a jury (hereinafter referred to as the winner).
- The prize is as follows: one season pass or one of four day tickets for the Rosshütte mountain lifts for the upcoming winter 2023-24.
- The winner will be informed about their prize via private message on Instagram by November 30.
- The winner must confirm receipt of the notification within one week after receipt by replying to the message in accordance with 2.2. Any information required for the transfer of the prize must also be provided.
- If the winner does not fulfill their confirmation and information obligation in accordance with point 2.3 within the deadline, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner from the competition and to re-draw the prize.
Miscellaneous
- In the event of an inevitable event (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, data accidents, bankruptcies, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to appropriately change the prize or to completely abstain from the conduct of the prize draw or the allocation of the prize.
- The organizer is not liable for the usability or utility of the prize for the winner, as well as for disruptions and damages when claiming the prize, provided they are outside the influence of the organizer. This particularly applies to damages caused by various persons other than the organizer and its employees when claiming the prize.
- Furthermore, the organizer is liable for damages in connection with the prize draw only in cases of gross negligence. For personal injuries, the organizer is liable to the statutory extent.
- For disputes arising from these terms of participation or in connection with the prize draw, the exclusive jurisdiction of the court responsible for 6100 Seefeld is agreed upon.
- For disputes arising from these terms of participation or in connection with the prize draw, only Austrian substantive law shall apply, excluding the Austrian conflict of laws norms.
