Terms and Conditions of the Karwendelmarsch Contest
GENERAL
- The organizer of the competition is the Seefeld Tourist Board, Bahnhofplatz 115, 6100 Seefeld
- Participation in the competition takes place exclusively through participation in the competition on the Facebook & Instagram pages "Region Seefeld - Tirols Hochplateau" and "@visitseefeld" as well as "Karwendelmarsch – The Legend Lives" and "@karwendelmarsch."
- Participation is only possible from May 24, 2024, at 4:00 PM until May 28, 2024, 12:00 PM (hereinafter referred to as the "competition period").
- Only persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each person may participate only once.
- Employees of the organizer, their relatives, and other persons involved in the execution of the competition are excluded from participation.
- By participating, the participant agrees to these terms of participation and accepts the data protection conditions of the Seefeld Tourist Board.
WIN
- After the end of the contest period, the organizer randomly selects a winner (hereafter referred to as the winner) from all eligible participants using a random number generator. The prize consists of two starting places for the Karwendelmarsch 2024.
- The winners will be notified on May 28, 2024, via private message on Facebook or Instagram and must then register for the Karwendelmarsch and the transfers by June 30, 2024.
- If any of the winners fails to fulfill their obligation to provide information (disclosure of address), the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winner from the contest and redraw the prize.
