Larch forest in autumn, Auland
Forest bathing
Once upon a time, there was a forest, wild and real and beautiful. In the past, it was young and loud; today it is old and wise. Sometimes it almost seems dreamy, as if silence is its favorite guest. A resinous breeze lingers in the cool mountain air - the wood heartily greets the sky. In the tree crowns, golden sun rays hang like a thousand fine drops of mist while below, the wild and hiking trails intersect.
The enchanting autumn symphony of the forest was recorded in Reither Auland. A mystical place of power with ancient trees and stories. The gentle movements of the forest calm hectic moments, provide strength and focus, relax, and offer grounding. Or: Just a quick visit to the forest.
