Smudging, a forgotten but very valuable ritual, is supportive not only at Christmas but throughout the year. In a workshop with Mental Coach Sigrid Pichler, you will learn which resins and herbs are suitable for desired effects and how to use them correctly. On this afternoon, you will create your own incense sticks according to your personal taste.
The self-made incense products can be taken home, and a small harmonizing surprise awaits all workshop participants.
