Smoking, a forgotten but very valuable ritual, is not only supportive at Christmas but throughout the year. In a workshop with Mental Trainer Sigrid Pichler, you will be shown which resins and herbs are suitable for desired effects and how to use them correctly. On this afternoon, you will create your incense sticks according to your personal taste.
The homemade incense can then be taken home, and a further small harmonizing surprise awaits all workshop participants.
