Smoking, a forgotten but very valuable ritual, is supportive not only at Christmas but throughout the year. In a workshop with mental coach Sigrid Pichler, you will be shown which resins and herbs are suitable for desired effects and how to use them properly. On this afternoon, you will create your own incense sticks according to your personal taste.
The handmade incense can then be taken home, and a further small harmonizing surprise awaits all workshop participants.
