WORD Forge in the Moor - Lyrical Writing and Nature Writing in the Moor (Excursion with Writing Workshop)

As part of the EUREGIO project Moors – Knowledge and Emotion (BA0200264), the event  "WORD Forge" takes place at the Seefeld Plateau.

A knowledgeable, scientific excursion with Dipl.-Geogr. Anton Heufelder into the Seefeld Moor offers foundational knowledge about ecology, flora, fauna, and the significance of the moor for climate and biodiversity. This knowledge is intended not just to inform, but to sharpen perceptions for the subsequent writing phases. How do we find a mindful linguistic approach to natural spaces? At the center is the creative writing in and with nature with the poet Siljarosa Schletterer. In the connection of writing, experiencing nature, and exchange, individual literary texts are created. In an introduction to lyrical writing, literary short forms that are particularly well-suited for expressing nature, atmosphere, and personal perception are explored.

The KEM Seefeld Plateau is involved as an associated partner in this project.
