Since May 2019, we have been breathing new life into traditional Tyrolean cuisine and demonstrate in our restaurant with show kitchen how diverse vegan cuisine can be. With fresh ingredients from the region, herbs from the surrounding mountains, and a large portion of creativity. We have long had the desire to pamper our guests with vegan options in the evening.

For us, eating means more than just being full. We want to show you how delicious vegetables and fruits can taste and how much energy you can gain from them. Regionality and seasonal purchasing are, of course, close to our hearts. Our menus are prepared freshly every day in the show kitchen for you, and there is always the opportunity to exchange recipes and effects with our chef. The "togetherness" that is so often emphasized in relaxation is also central to enjoying food together. Sitting at the table together, chatting, and enjoying a meal - like a big family. Childhood memories come to life.
