Since May 2019, we have been breathing new life into traditional Tyrolean cuisine and showing in our restaurant with an open kitchen how diverse vegan cuisine can be. With fresh ingredients from the region, herbs from the surrounding mountains, and a large portion of creativity. We have long had the desire to pamper our guests with vegan options in the evening.

Now is the time for all our guests to enjoy vegan cuisine with us - come see how varied and creative we can be here as well. Eating means more to us than just getting full. We want to show you how delicious vegetables and fruits can taste and how much energy they can provide. Regionality and seasonal shopping are very important to us.
