Simone & Thomas Leitner, both butchers by passion, took over the former "Gut Leutasch" including the slaughterhouse a few years ago. The couple aims to maintain a close collaboration with the farmers in the region in order to offer customers honest, regional and transparent meat quality.

Fresh meat from beef, lamb, and pork, various sausages, game sausages, bacon, ham, and game ham are processed and sold in their shop attached to the butcher's.

In addition, two meat vending machines (located directly at the butcher's and in the Weidach district near the children's playground) are available daily from 0-24 hours.
