The Bildstöckl in the disc was built in the 20th century and is dedicated to Saint Father Josef Freinademetz. It does not immediately catch the eye of the observer as a chapel, as it resembles a larger Bildstöckl more than an open chapel.

Father Josef Freinademetz, a native of South Tyrol (1852), was one of the first two Steyler missionaries to go to China. He worked there for nearly 30 years in the province of South Shantung. The Ladin father is highly revered throughout Tyrol.
