Since 1931, ski jumping has been practiced in Seefeld in Tirol. The first hill was opened under the name Jahnschanze, and in 1948 it was renamed after the Seefeld skiing legend Anton Seelos.
In 2010, the hill was demolished and space was created for two new ones: The Toni Seelos Hills HS75 and HS109. The hills were ceremoniously opened later that same year.
