Our Philosophy: Connected to Nature and Sustainable
We place great value on fresh products from nearby farms that grow in organic cultivation and come from whole animal processing. Additionally, we refine many food items ourselves: We ferment, pickle, and produce items like soy sauces or miso pastes that give our dishes a special touch.

A special highlight is our own garden in Hatting, where Anne, the wife
