When the snow glitters ...
… then it's adventure time for young and old. In the practice fields in the middle of the village, the little ones learn their first swings while the older ones cheer them on. Tobogganing, ice skating, curling, or cross-country skiing right by the Seekirchl gets everyone moving – and at the cozy stop, a hot chocolate or a Kaiserschmarrn awaits at the hut. Perhaps it’s simply the moment when the sun warms your face in the lounge chair and the children laugh as they leave their tracks in the snow. These are the moments when winter touches families in the heart of the plateau.
Strolling and marveling
Family vacations also mean discovering new things together. In the pedestrian zone of Seefeld, cafés, boutiques, and playgrounds are right next to each other – all easily accessible on foot. In the evenings, the center transforms into a sea of lights: The Christmas market, the 100,000-light path, and an oversized Connect Four make not only children’s eyes sparkle. Everything is just a walk away ...
...it takes a little longer to reach the Seefeld region. However, not much longer. 30 minutes from Innsbruck airport. An international train station right in the center of Seefeld, a public transport system that operates regularly 365 days a year to all plateau communities, and much more make the journey a breeze.
