The top emerging institution in the Alps is celebrating its anniversary with 8 high-profile concerts.
It wasn't long ago that the musical instrument lay under the Christmas tree... and now they are already performing on the biggest stages in the world! What began in 2008 with a vision is celebrating its coming of age in Seefeld from August 1 to 16, 2026. For two weeks, classical music is at home in Seefeld and invites you to celebrate 8 times!
Since its inception, the Seefeld Music Days, under the artistic direction of Prof. Rudens Turku, have been a fixed part of the international classical scene. They are one of the major musical highlights of the summer, and there are good reasons for that. Against the backdrop of the Tyrolean Alps, over 100 exceptional talents from around the world will gather once again this year. On these evenings, international prize winners and rising stars of classical music will share the stage.
In between performances, young virtuosos can learn in master classes from renowned musicians. Not only how to master their craft to perfection, but also how to conquer stages and forge friendships across national borders.
Among the highlights of this year's program are the Night of Classics with Rudens Turku and Friends, a concert featuring Wen Xiao Zheng, Gemma Lee, Kiveli Dörken, and Simon Tetzlaff, the Opus Klassik New Artist of the Year 2026, as well as performances by Wen-Sinn Yang, Tatiana Chernichka, and Alon Sariel.

The Seefeld region – Tyrol’s high plateau is located at an altitude of 1,200 m, 30 km from Innsbruck and boasts 245 km of perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails, making it one of the best cross-country skiing regions in the world. It hosted the Nordic Ski World Championships in 1985 and 2019 and was awarded the Austrian Environmental Label in 2023, becoming the first alpine destination in Austria to receive this honor.
