The Seefeld Strudel Festival is coming of age.

When the scent of fresh pastries wafts through the streets of Seefeld, it can only mean one thing: Summer is making its most enjoyable appearance of the year. On July 4th and 5th, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, everything revolves around the strudel again. Austria's favorite pastry will transform into a culinary artist for two days, surprising with a variety of fillings. Always present are the finest dough, unique flavors, and lively music.

What makes the Seefeld Strudel Festival so special is not only the love for the classic but also the joy of experimentation. Around 15 stands will show how versatile strudel can be: savory filled with meat or fish, vegetarian with fresh vegetables, or sweet in all its tempting varieties. And since stagnation is not part of the recipe, this year will also feature surprising combinations on the plates. From a fine chili note in chocolate strudel to cleverly spiced potato creations. By the way, this year, for the first time, gluten-free options will also be available – a small addition that makes the selection even more extensive. What exactly will be served? That remains a well-kept secret until the first bite.

The fitting sound carpet for enjoying strudel is provided by "Die Inntaler", who will perform in the village square on both days. In the streets, "Kranzbergblos", "Marktmusig", and "Die Außergewöhnlichen" will present lively Alpine tunes. Additionally, there will be a children's program in the pedestrian zone that ensures excellent entertainment for the youngest guests. And for those who want to take the taste of Seefeld home, it's very easy: the strudels are of course also available to take away. After all, truly good enjoyment knows no boundaries.
