Profile: slightly hilly running and Nordic Walking route

Terrain: gravel trail, forest path

Route: Wildmoosalm - Lottenseehütte - Lake Möserer See - Wildmoosalm

Directions:

Going past the Wildmoosalm alpine pasture you run on gradually descending terrain to Lottensee lake (this lake is an aperiodic natural wonder, which can be enjoyed in spring if you are lucky). There you are rewarded with magnificent views of the upper Inn Valley. This will doubtless motivate you for the more demanding second half of the route. On hilly terrain, the trail leads to Mösern, past Lake Möserer See and back up to Wildmoos, where sublime panorama views of the Karwendel massif unveil themselves.

Wildmoosalm, Ferienheim Wildmoos, Lottenseehütte, Möserer Seestub'n

The indicated running time is a guideline and depends on personal fitness.

I.e. also suited as a Running and Nordic Walking route in winter!
