Eppzirler Alm
The Eppzirler Alm is situated at 1,459m amidst the impressive rock walls of the Karwendel Mountains. Here, the world is different: calmer, more contemplative, and perhaps even more content. Christian and Vanessa manage the Alm at the end of the Eppzirler Valley with dedication and passion.

Hallerangeralm
Deeply hidden in the Karwendel Nature Park lies the Hallerangeralm. At 1,774m and surrounded by impressive rock walls and peaks, its location could hardly be more beautiful - and the menu has a lot to offer too!

Nördlinger Hut
It is the highest mountain hut in the Karwendel: the Nördlinger Hütte. At 2,238m, it is located below the Reither Spitze in a sensational position, where sunrises and sunsets are a real spectacle! Hut manager Tobi and his team ensure that every guest feels comfortable and wants to come back.

Pleisenhut
The Pleisenhütte has a history that no other hut in the mountains can tell. To this day, it remains firmly in family hands and is a dreamy destination for hikers in both summer and winter.

Hallerangerhaus
In the heart of the Karwendel Nature Park lies the Hallerangerhaus, a place of longing for long-distance hikers and climbers - and for the hut keeper Thomas. Since 2011, he has managed the hut at an altitude of 1,768 meters.

Tillfussalm
The Tillfussalm is located in the middle of the Gaistal in a breathtaking location. Whether on foot or by bike, it is easily accessible via beautiful paths. At the Alm, you can expect the best cheese dumplings for miles around, and the rest of the menu is absolutely worth the climb! The two hosts, Jonas & Patrick, and their team welcome you with plenty of hospitality.

Lotten Lake Cabin
"A day without Kaiserschmarrn is simply unacceptable!" We can only agree with Sonja Kluckner, the landlord at the Lottenseehütte in Mösern! Since 1968, hikers, cross-country skiers, and everyone else have been pampered with culinary delights here. Those who have visited know: the enjoyment does not end at the edge of the plate.

Why Alpine pastures are valuable
The project "AlmenREICH grenzenlos" promotes the exchange between alpine agriculture and nature conservation to develop common goals for biodiversity, and presents this in a documentary about five alpine pastures in the Karwendel – more information can be found in the brochure.
