An atmosphere that lights you up!
Seefeld Magic of Lights

Starting 1. November 2025, the Seefeld Light Magic will transform the entire village into a sea of light. From the Kurpark and Village Square to the Seekirchl and Olympiabad, international artists will present their luminous installations, which can be admired daily from 16:00 to 22:00 — perfect for a leisurely evening stroll. A true highlight of the Seefeld Light Magic is the 100,000 Lights Path leading over the Pfarrhügel.
The experience becomes even more delightful between 21. November 2025 and 6. January 2026, when the Christmas market in the historic village center invites visitors to linger and enjoy. Even after this magical time, when some installations and treats take a break until the following year, playful light creations will continue to sparkle across the village until the end of winter.
Throughout the Seefeld Light Magic, great care has been taken to ensure a mindful use of light emissions, long-lasting LED technology, and low energy consumption — making this luminous spectacle both enchanting and sustainable.

Ice Pearls
Where today’s Wildsee lies, there once stood a small wooden house where a young widow lived. Her tears froze into tiny ice pearls and fell to the ground. When she lost all hope, an angel appeared and granted her deepest wish. From the ground, her tears began to flow, flooding the valley plain – and thus the Wildsee was formed.
The Ice Pearl installation in the Light Park is a reminder never to give up hope for one’s own deepest wish.

Fluxit
Fluxit is chaos that transforms into order when night falls and people recognize it as fire. People prefer to see something they can understand rather than chaos. That is why the decision to see the fire within it comes surprisingly easy to most.
