Combining traditional Austrian cuisine with international delicacies in a light and exceptionally tasty way. Master chef Alexander Sonnweber and his team succeed in this feat every day anew. Authentic delicacies of alpine origin are refined into dishes with a special pep. Fresh from the Leutasch Valley come char and brown trout. From the Wetterstein and Karwendel mountains come delicious game specialities. Mieminger potatoes and local meat are served as well as hearty fruit from Flaurling and mountain herbs from Mösern. It is a matter of honour that many pasta products and of course the cake and pie specialities from our own production are served. Sweet dessert variations - of course home-made - make the palate rejoice.
The menu of the day contains tasty surprises and inspires heavenly gourmet journeys. The Alt Mösern has already been awarded several times by the renowned Falstaff guide and is a member of the associations "Culinary Heritage Austria" and "Delight Region Austria".
