On Sunday, July 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM, diocesan youth chaplain Peter Rinderer invites you to a special experience: a mountain service at Seefelder Joch. The ceremony will be accompanied by a delegation from the Seefeld Citizens’ Music Band, providing cheerful musical accompaniment.

“Seefelder Joch is a great place for this. The panorama is wonderful, easily accessible by cable car, but also interesting for climbers via the Seefelder Spitze,” Rinderer enthuses, who is himself a passionate mountain lover. In 2021, he founded the initiative “Bergpfarrer” (www.bergpfarrer.at), with which he regularly holds services on peaks and alpine pastures. He shares his enthusiasm for nature and spirituality on Instagram – over 15,000 followers keep up with his mountain pastoral activities there.

The mountain mass is organized for the fourth time by the Rotary Club Telfs-Seefeld, which looks forward to numerous participants. Whether comfortably reachable by cable car or actively via the summit of Seefelder Spitze – the mountain service offers not only spiritual retreat but also impressive views.
