Connect breath and movement and turn your attention inward. The yoga flow at the beginning of the class helps you to unwind, allowing you to fully arrive in the present moment on the mat. This prepares both body and mind ideally for the subsequent Yin Yoga practice. The deep, long-held, passive stretching positions effectively help you release tension in your muscles, tissues, and nervous system, as well as in your mind, teaching your body to cope better with stress.

FLOW to YIN is an ideal balance for all athletes, especially if you sit a lot at work or engage in other one-sided activities.
