Experience hiking at the IML Unicorn March

The adventure hike will take place on September 19 as part of the 26th Int. 3-day Unicorn March in the Seefeld region. In this event, enjoyment, friends, and nature are the focus, rather than performance. The routes pass by the most spectacular (non-alpine) spots in the area. Depending on the distance, hikers may walk to the Peace Bell in Mösern, pass by idyllic pastures and huts, or experience the - presumably for the first time - joy of taking the funicular alongside the Toni Seelos ski jump. But that’s not all: Along the route, one will often encounter music groups and receive culinary treats at the refreshment stations, before the trails culminate at the Katzenkopfhütte. Here, traditional music and fun are provided for the guests. Finally, one can return to the valley via the chair lift or summer toboggan run, before covering the last meters to the finish line in Weidach and concluding the day at the Wettersteinhalle with a cozy get-together. Registration for the adventure hike is available online via the ticket shop, through the region’s information offices, or directly on-site at the Wettersteinhalle in cash, costing € 25 per person (children under 16 are free).
