The spacious adventure playground at the middle station of the Rosshütte is devoted to the exciting theme of mining and offers children various opportunities to learn through play. The centerpiece of the sand playground is the central mining climbing tower with its long tube slide, next to which is a mine with pivoting carts (trolleys) and a screening station. Shovels, buckets, brooms, and other essential mining tools are, of course, also available for 'work underground'. In addition to the many mining elements, the playground also offers spectacular climbing opportunities, swings, and crawling nets, a thrilling tube slide and a trampoline air cushion for small acrobatic performances. Additionally, a roughly 3-meter high bouldering cube invites climbing and trying out various routes.

Right next to the adventure playground is also a large wooden marble track with different stations and obstacles. The required wooden marbles are available on-site from a vending machine and may be taken home as a small souvenir after plenty of playing rounds.

The nearby Rosshütte offers parents, children, and day guests generous sun terraces and a cozy café with spectacular views over the Seefeld region and delicious refreshments. A little below the middle station, there is also the
