Regionality

For a strong community and a sustainable future

Regionality means more than just short transport routes. Regionality stands for responsibility, quality, and commitment to our community. Through fair partnerships and conscious consumption, we promote long-term regional value creation and economy. With various projects, we specifically support local producers and companies, create visibility for their work, and make their products known. In this way, we build bridges between producers and consumers, create trust, and bring the significance of regional products to life – for a strong community and an authentic guest experience that makes the uniqueness of our region tangible with tradition and stories.

"Our guiding principle is: Think sustainably and act responsibly."

Genuine platform products

Since 2021, we have been making a statement for our local producers and their products with our product line "Genuine Plateau Product". Regional products such as herbal teas, liqueurs, juices, honey, soaps, and various decorative items can be purchased both at information offices, at the different markets in the region, as well as in selected hotels.

Plateau Product

The Plateau Potato
As part of the pilot project "Plateau Potato," various potato varieties were cultivated together with five dedicated farmers from the region, and then offered in different hotels and restaurants after harvest. This revived a traditional, regional product, keeping the value creation on the plateau.

The Plateau Breakfast

In collaboration with Agrarmarketing Tirol and Neutrauter*Frisch, the "Plateau Breakfast" has been launched. The aim of this project is to source the central components of a rich Alpine breakfast – such as bread, butter, milk, eggs, as well as at least one type of jam, cheese, and sausage specialties – directly and regionally. The breakfast offer features genuine Tyrolean quality products, preferably locally produced goods directly from the plateau, allowing the entire diversity of the region to be enjoyed on the plate already in the morning.

The following hotels offer the plateau breakfast:
