The approx. 7.2-kilometer-long, barrier-free usable section runs on parts of the cross-country trails A12 Scharnitz and A11 Bodenalm. In the direction of Scharnitz, the route is predominantly classified as easy (blue). The underpass corresponds to the intermediate (red) difficulty level; however, there is a suitable turning point before it. In the direction of Gießenbach, the section runs mostly flat until the crossing of the Gießenbach. The stream crossing itself is classified as difficult (black).
This is a daily freshly groomed trail. Nevertheless, icy and slippery spots may occur.

It begins at the sports facility at the entrance of Scharnitz and runs predominantly flat with only slight inclines towards the village
