An overview of the entire cross-country skiing network (incl. trail status) and helpful cross-country skiing information (ticket machines, waxing and service points, changing facilities, ...) can be found in the cross-country skiing report.
Track characteristics:
The ‘Plaik’ trail to the north of the Church runs in a westerly direction and, after the Kühtaierhof tavern, you have to tackle a steep ascent. Thereafter the climb up to the viewing point/cross-country stamp-collecting point is only moderately steep. The reward for all your effort is the glorious vista and vast, sweeping views across Leutasch as far as the eye can see. The downhill section in the Plaik/Kamm area takes you across open terrain. At the turning point in Klamm the trail is fairly easy-going and level with only a few gentle uphill and downhill sections. Finally, the route takes you down a fast downhill run back to the starting point at Kirchplatzl.
