Everything you need to know about the tariffs and zones of the VVT! Here you can learn more about the different options for planning your travels in the region. Discover flexible tariff options and the coverage of various zones to make your travel planning as easy as possible.
Important: The guest card PlateauCard, as well as a valid trail ticket in winter (with differing regulations – more info here) is considered a ticket in the region!

With your Guest Card, you can use public mobility offers within the Seefeld region during your stay. This includes regional bus connections, the train ride between Seefeld and Scharnitz, as well as the Wildmoos bus. Depending on the season, additional services such as the Arnspitzrunde hiking bus or the Seefeld ski buses complement the mobility offer.
Good to know for public transport arrivals:
To utilize the regional mobility offer from the moment you arrive at your accommodation, you will need your digital Guest Card in advance. Please contact your accommodation in good time before your arrival to have the Guest Card sent to you. Also, please pay attention to the current timetables, routes, and stops.
Timetable of the Seefeld Region
Zoning Plan
The zone plan of the VVT shows how many zones the line travels through. This includes five regional bus lines in the Seefeld region of the VVT —lines 430, 431, 432, 433, and 434— as well as the regional and suburban train. The Wildmoosbus line, the Arnspitzrunde hiking bus and the ski buses are additional services, but they do not fall under the VVT fare regulations.
The lines 430, 431, 432, 433* and 434 operate year-round. Zones are used for the calculation of single tickets.
Additionally, the line to the Wildmoosalm operates from May/June to October and from December to March. For this line, the fare regulations of the VVT do NOT apply, but separate rates do. The guest card PlateauCard, the second home card, and a valid trail ticket in winter also serve as a ticket on this line.
In winter, additional ski buses operate. For skiers wishing to go to the ski areas Gschwandtkopf & Rosshütte or to Geigenbühel, the ski bus lines Yellow and Blue are free to use (with a guest card OR valid ski ticket OR ski equipment). The ski areas Birkenlift/Katzenkopf and Neuleutasch can be reached by the bus lines 430 & 433.
Additionally, daily regional train and suburban train connections to Innsbruck and Munich are available (Ticket info).
*The regional bus 433 operates year-round to Leutasch/Weidach Primary School, and the connection to Gaistal is in operation on 245 days of the year; you can find exact operating hours here.

The Wildmoosbus as well as the hiking bus Arnspitzrunde are seasonal and additionally operated lines and therefore do not fall under the Zone Plan of the VVT.
Also the Ski buses are additional seasonal lines for skiers.

VVT Single Tickets
Valid for 1 ride in 1 direction throughout the Tirol transport network. Transfers to other lines are possible. Trips through Innsbruck are counted double (2 zones). Fare status April 2026.

When purchasing a single ticket related to the Innsbruck zone, the minimum price is the price in the Innsbruck zone. A maximum of 2 children under 6 years old can travel for free per accompanying person.
