Route description: From Solsteinhaus, first descend on trail 213 towards Möslalm. At the junction in the „Wilden Iss“, follow the Gipfelstürmerweg (215) heading east, passing the hunting lodge in the Wilden Iss. The trail leads in serpentines over a green ridge covered with trees and mountain pines up to the so-called „Hippen“. After a short descent, the route climbs 200m over a steep scree slope and via cable-secured passages up to the Frau Hitt Sattel, located west of the striking rock needle of Frau Hitt. According to legend, it represents a woman on a horse. ATTENTION: Until early summer, there can often be a lot of old snow in the Frau Hitt Kar, which is rock-hard in the morning hours (danger of falling! Snowline spikes and poles provide optimal protection).

The descent from the Frau Hitt Sattel requires maximum concentration once again! Initially descending steeply, follow trail 215 on the right towards Höttinger Alm, continuing across magnificent mountain meadows to the Restaurant Seegrube (1906 m).
