Window to Tyrol's natural splendour

Viewing platforms in the Seefeld region

Experience the fascination of the viewing platforms in the Seefeld region, where every view reveals an unforgettable panorama. Start your journey at the Brunschkopf, where the expanse of the sky touches the earth. Then let yourself be enchanted by the charm of the Kurblhang, a place that radiates peace and beauty. Continue to the Peace Bell in Mösern, a symbol of peace surrounded by breathtaking views. The World Cup Tower in Seefeld awaits you with a majestic view over the plateau, while the picturesque Adlerkanzel viewpoint invites you to pause and dream. Each of these places tells its own story and offers spectacular views of the Tyrolean high plateau. Whether you want to admire the imposing peaks of the Wetterstein mountains and the Hohe Munde or linger in the tranquillity of nature - you will discover unforgettable moments here.

There are many lovely trails leading to the Brunschkopf viewing platform. Depending where you choose to start, you can walk (or cycle) from Mösern, Seefeld or Leutasch to the viewing platform, which sits at 1,510 metres above sea level. Once there, you can look through the top-quality Swarovski telescope located on the modern wooden platform and enjoy crystal-clear views of Seefeld, the Wetterstein range, the top of the Hohe Munde and the surrounding mountain peaks.
With an impressive weight of a whole 10,450 kilograms and a clapper that weighs a remarkable 303 kilograms, this newly manufactured bell was cast on behalf of the municipality of Telfs and the Seefeld Region Tourist Association. It is decorated with the weapons of all the countries of the ARGE ALP and bears an inscription commemorating the founding of the 'Working Community of the Alpine Countries' in 1973.

The World Cup Tower, an architectural highlight in the Seefeld Sports Arena, was built to mark the 2019 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. Inspired by traditional hunters' high seats and historic farmhouse gables, the tower is a masterpiece of Alpine craftsmanship. With three fully glazed outer walls, it offers a generous view of the competition arena. The 15 metre high tower serves as a command centre during sporting events and as a viewing platform outside of sporting events. Visitors can reach the roof terrace via a freely accessible staircase, where a Swarovski telescope provides crystal-clear panoramic views.
