Arrival & mobility in the Region Seefeld

Getting to the Region Seefeld is quick and easy, leaving you with more time to enjoy your holiday: more relaxation, more mountains and more time for what really matters. Whether you arrive by train, bus, plane or car, the sunny high plateau is ideally located. Once you arrive, your guest card gives you free access to the region’s bus and rail network. Four bus routes and/or the railway connect all villages in the region with Telfs 365 days a year. In summer and winter, the network is complemented by two additional routes to Wildmoos, the Gaistal valley and the area around the Arnspitze, as well as seasonal ski buses.

With your guest card, you can use the included public transport services within the Region Seefeld during your stay. These include regional bus connections, train travel between Seefeld and Scharnitz, and the Wildmoosbus. Depending on the season, additional services such as the Arnspitzrunde hiking bus or the Seefeld ski buses may also be available.

Good to know when arriving by public transport:
To use the regional mobility services for your journey to your accommodation, you will need your digital guest card in advance. Please contact your accommodation in good time before arrival and ask them to send it to you. Please also check the current timetables, routes and stops.

Accessibility

  • The regional buses (lines 430, 431, 432, 433, and 434) are low-floor buses with folding ramps and are therefore accessible for wheelchair users.
  • The ski buses have a wheelchair ramp at the middle door, allowing for barrier-free access.
  • The Wildmoos bus is also equipped with a ramp at the middle door and is wheelchair accessible.

Seefeld is easy and stress-free to reach by train, with regular connections from Munich and Innsbruck as well as convenient long-distance services from across Germany. For an especially relaxed start to your break, take the night train to the mountains – fall asleep at home and wake up on Tirol’s high plateau.
For even more comfort, use the door-to-door luggage service and send your gear and suitcases ahead with ease.
