The public transport system in the Olympiaregion Seefeld is well developed in summer and winter and will take you to your desired destination.
The current timetables can be found here at a glance and are available for you to download. With the mobility app you will always find the best way to get from A to B: No matter whether you travel by public transport, by bike, on foot or by car - Seefeld Wegfinder always finds the best and fastest connection.
Only a few kilometres away is the capital Innsbruck and the Bavarian town Garmisch-Partenkirchen. There are fast trains from Innsbruck to Seefeld and Munich.
The Olympiaregion Seefeld Card is, at the same time, your free bus ticket.
Valid throughout the duration of your stay, you can use all the local buses between the villages of Seefeld, Leutasch, Mösern/Buchen, Reith and Scharnitz. Simply show the driver your guest card. For journeys outside these villages or for those not in possession of a regional Guest Card, the VVT tariffs (local public transport network tariffs) apply.
Guests arriving/leaving by train can, upon showing confirmation of an accommodation reservation in the Olympiaregion Seefeld, travel free of charge within the region to the bus stop closest to their holiday accommodation. At departure also the presentation of the guest card is accepted.
The transport of groups in the regular buses can not be guaranteed.
*Routes are not included within the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card: Leutasch/Geisterklamm – Mittenwald and back, Scharnitz/Gemeindeamt – Mittenwald and back, Bairbach – Telfs and back, Transit trips from Scharnitz to Leutasch or from Leutasch to Scharnitz (no stop possible in Mittenwald) are included within the Olympiaregion Seefeld Card. The Wildmoos bus between Seefeld and the Wildmoosalm mountain inn is not part of the regional bus network.
