Namasté in the Region Seefeld, where body and mind come together at 1,200 meters! Nature strives for balance, and so do we. On Tirols Hochplateau, we therefore not only value harmony with Mother Nature, but also with ourselves. That's why we also offer a variety of yoga sessions for beginners to advanced students at special power spots in the region - from personal yoga retreats in the midst of untouched nature, to joint sunrise yoga on the Seefelder Joch, to the multi-day Good Vibes Festival in the countryside, there really is something for everyone!
