Discover regional specialties every week at the Dienstagsmarkt'l - from culinary delights to handicrafts to health care.
Strolling through the village square and buying local products, mostly directly from the producers, is possible every week from June to September at the Seefeld Tuesday Market. The offer reaches from regional delicacies, fresh fruit and vegetable over naturenear decoration articles, exceptional ornaments and baby clothes up to health-promoting hemp and honey products.
Most of the exhibitors have been at the Dienstagsmarktl for many years, like Ferdinand Schot, who also took over its organization this spring: "The market is important for us local entrepreneurs and has been successfully built up over the years - that's why I'm happy to take care of the organization." Schot has been selling his regional bee products at the small market for years and has therefore known the other stand operators for a long time.
Market customers, guests and locals alike, especially appreciate the regional offerings. "I am very often asked if my products are homemade," says Monika Praxmarer, who has been working with wood and crafting since childhood. She says she notices that guests in particular like to take home something local from their vacation spot - and nowadays, ideally, something sustainable as well.
The market takes place during the summer months (until the end of September) every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Seefeld village square.
