Lorenz in der Alten Mühle is a "Tyrolean Casual (FINE) Dine" restaurant, bar & grill, with a semi-open kitchen concept. A clear variant of the classic steakhouse with Tyrolean cuisine and Asian influence. International, regional, and seasonal ingredients ranging from fish, meat, seafood to vegetarian dishes. Our meat cuts are handpicked and age under the best conditions in our own aging cellar. 
 
In the restaurant, the focus is on Tyrolean and Austrian classics. Wiener schnitzel, beef top side, onion roast beef, and Kaiserschmarrn are staples on the menu. A special feature is sitting directly in the kitchen at the CHEF'S TABLE 1509 and enjoying fine dining at a high level . The Chef's Table is limited to a maximum of 6 people. The use and processing of regional ingredients from Scharnitz, the Seefeld plateau, and Leutasch is particularly important.
