Lorenz in der Alten Mühle is a “Tyrolean Casual (FINE) Dine” restaurant, bar & grill, with a semi-open kitchen concept. A clear variant of the classic steakhouse with Tyrolean cuisine and Asian influence. International, regional, and seasonal ingredients ranging from fish, meat, seafood to vegetarian dishes. Our meat cuts are handpicked and age under the best conditions in-house in our own aging cabinet. 
 
In the restaurant, the focus is on Tyrolean and Austrian classics. Wiener schnitzel, tafelspitz, onion roast beef, and Kaiserschmarrn are firm components of the menu. A special feature is sitting directly in the kitchen at the CHEF'S TABLE 1509 and enjoying refined cuisine at star level . The Chef's Table is limited to a maximum of 6 people. The use and processing of regional ingredients from Scharnitz, the Seefelder Plateau, and Leutasch are particularly important.  
 
A small international wine, sake, and beer menu with selected specialties - cocktails focused on rum and gin are offered in the restaurant. Alpine gourmet meetings for various
